As announced at the Special Meeting held June 10, 2023, a vote will be held during the Annual Meeting August 26, 2023 at 1pm, with a rain date of August 27th, to approve the Restated Articles of Organization and update the NIA bylaws. We are proposing this update to help obtain tax exempt status as a 501(c)(7) social club. We require a quorum of 10% of our members to hold the vote. We strongly encourage you to attend. Please review the proposed bylaw document below (first document). We also encourage you to review the additional documents posted below. These include: Restated Articles of Organization, Restated Articles Attachment #1, Policy document, 2024 Proposed Budget, Current bylaws with notes referencing their inclusion in the proposed bylaws.
