The Nabnasset Lake Shores Improvement Association (NIA) Incorporated is a non-profit organization dedicated to the improvement and betterment of the properties owned by the NIA on Nabnasset Lake.  The NIA was incorporated in 1938 and manages 4 properties for the enjoyment of our membership.  They are North Beach, Mary Lou Beach, Sandy Beach, and Noble’s Cove.
